• Quick Stats – provides access to: total and daily revenue earnings; number of customers, Chat hosts, and studios who have joined your network; total time spent and billed; time info for selected periods.
• Live Stats report – displays real-time statistics on: who is currently on your site, and on which page; visitor’s IP address; visitor’s location (country); duration on site; referrer (referring IP address or network affiliate).
• Block List management – allows the Administrator to prevent access to your network, from predefined countries, post codes, or based on specific IP addresses
• Quick and detailed view of your network’s daily / weekly / monthly profit centers
• Fraud controls and member scrubbing prior to sending to merchant
• Block member ability to sign up
• Setup of invisible users for Admin and to spy on Chat Host
• Ability to manage customers: set daily spending limit, enable/disable account, block all IP addresses used by particular customers in order to join video chat sessions

The new JOC v3.0 can also integrate secured, data-encrypted Payment Gateways, in order to enable Members to upload funds to their account on your chat network.

Virtual Wallet is the JOC v3.0 section where Members can view their current balance, and can purchase credits to spend on live or pre-recorded streaming feeds.

Members with a Virtual Wallet balance greater then zero can stay in public free chat for an unlimited amount of time. Members with zero balance have a limited amount of time to stay in the public chat rooms.

Your network Administrator can enable members with no money in their accounts to stay in free public chat rooms for 3 minutes, every 6 hours. These values can, of course, be changed.

For a more intuitive and flexible access, the Administrator’s tools and features have been carefully organized into five tabbed categories:

II.1. General Info

The General Info tab displays the total number of: registered Models (Chat hosts), Models awaiting approval, Models currently broadcasting (online), and Members currently in chat rooms.

This category also includes the Live Supervising Interface, a management area which enables the administrator to:

• Access a live view of all undergoing Public and Private shows of a Chat host (including the text chat and current members list)
• Check in with Chat host in order to find out if Members are abiding to your network’s Terms and Conditions
• Review recorded shows created by the Chat host, and to individually change their price
• View all chat logs (sorted by date and time)
• View and approve/reject newly registered Chat hosts
• Set the per-minute rate and the streaming media fee splits

The General Info category also includes the Payments Section, a network management tool which gives the Administrator the opportunity to:

• Make payments to Models (Chat hosts) and to Studio Operators
• Access and browse through the history of payments already delivered to the Models and to the Studio Operators

II.2. Members – list and management

The Members area allows the Administrator to browse through existing Member accounts, with the embedded options of:

• Viewing the total amount of money deposited in all of Members’ accounts
• Viewing the current account balance of each Member
• Viewing the profile and the status (active/inactive) of each Member
• Deleting a Member account
• Blocking/Unblocking a Member account
• Sending an instant e-mail to a Member
• Blocking network access from predefined countries and IP addresses
• Manually depositing money into a Member account
• Manually withdraw money from a Member account

II.3. Models (Chat hosts) – list and management

The Models (Chat hosts) area allows the Administrator to view various model-related statistics such as: Model earnings (total), Site earnings (total), Model Balance (unpaid/total), Earnings generated in the last seven days (total).

Additionally, the Administrator can browse through existing Model accounts, with given option of:

• Viewing the total earnings for each Model
• Viewing the site earnings generated individually by each Model
• Viewing the earnings generated in the last seven days, for each Model
• Viewing the current account balance of each Model
• Viewing the profile and status (online/offline) of each Model
• Viewing if the Model is an individual or if it is part of a Studio managed by a Studio Operator
• Deleting a Model account
• Blocking/Unblocking a Model account
• Sending an instant e-mail to a Model
• Setting the earnings percentage for each Model
• Setting the per-minute rate for each Model
• Viewing the photo ID image and representative picture of each model (for legal and age verification purposes)

II.4. Studio Operators (SOP) – list and management

The Studio Operators area allows the Administrator to view different SOP-related statistics including: SOP earnings (total), Site earnings (total), SOP Balance (unpaid/total).

This area also enables the Administrator to browse through existing SOP accounts and to further make use of the embedded JOC v3.0 features such as:

• Viewing the total earnings for each SOP
• Viewing the amount of money paid up to this moment, to each SOP
• Viewing the percent claimed by a SOP from a Chat host’s revenues
• Viewing the current account balance of each SOP
• Viewing the total time spent by a SOP’s Models in private chat
• Viewing the profile and status (active/inactive) of each SOP
• Deleting a SOP account
• Blocking/Unblocking a SOP account
• Changing the minimum release level of a SOP

II.5. Newsletter – customization and delivery

The Newsletter tab allows your network Administrator to send instant notification or to deliver daily/weekly/monthly newsletters to all:

• Free Access Members
• Paying Members
• Models (Chat hosts)
• Studio Operators (SOP)

It also allows a flexible and intuitive customization of your JOC v3.0 based network newsletter, embedded with HTML and CSS elements, for higher content flexibility and graphic impact.

III.1. Webmasters workgroup management

• View/Change webmaster’s personal information, enable/disable webmaster account, list of all targets, detailed stats per webmaster (daily, weekly, monthly, for a given period)
• Webmaster targets management (view stats per target, assign Chat hosts for co-brand affiliate sites)
• Set percentage earning (%) for a particular webmaster
• Detailed stats displayed for a particular webmaster (number of visitors, unique visits, returning members, chat sessions; total registered members from a particular webmaster, earnings, refunds, total)
• Common stats for a given period (organized by traffic from webmasters)
• Manage announcements for webmasters

III.2. Studio Operators workgroup management

• View/Change the Studio Operator’s personal information
• Approve new/suspend existing Studio Operator
• Assign a Chat host to a Studio Operator account
• Set different percentage earning (%) from sales

III.3. Chat hosts workgroup management

• View/Change the Chat host’s personal information
• Manage snap, videos, and photos
• Enable/Disable rates for a Chat host Operator
• Assign on-the-fly a Chat host to a particular Studio Operator
• Ability to set self-rated option for Chat host (both the Chat host and the Studio Operator or Administrator have rights to change the Chat host’s own rate)
• View statistics referring to number of visitors, number of visits, unique visits and earnings generated by Chat host(s) or by Studio(s) for given period
• Reports on the total amount of time a Chat host was online in each chat modes, and total for that period
• Access to kick logs (including IP addresses and the member name of kicked viewers)
• Keep chat log files (free and private) and video log files (the Administrator can select the time period before deleting)
• Update Chat host Profile section, where personal information, payment details and account data for a given Chat host can be edited by the Administrator

III.4. Members management

• Default preferences for daily Member spending limit
• Enable/Disable free chat for unregistered users
• Default banner and co-brand commissions details
• Coupon promotion (discount system for new users)

III.5. Financial workflow management

• Management of billing options (merchant processor, dialer support)
• General Ledger interface for site-generated billing, collection, credits, and payment
• Detailed list of all the transactions recorded in the system, with the ability to manually reverse transactions
• Default rates for paid video for all modes
• Ability to send message to the video chat console of one, a group or to all the Chat hosts currently online on your audio-video network.
